  • My Turn =8) Can you please check my menu! Thanks!

    This is the average I am eating daily. Very little change here in and there.

    ::Breakfast::

    2 Eggs
    20g parmesan cheese
    50g Mushrooms
    2-4 slices of bacon
    1tbs Flax seed
    1 tbs butter
    (fitday total - 4 net carbs)

    ::Morning Snack::

    60g Swiss Cheese
    2 slices of bacon
    (fitday total - 2 net carbs)

    ::Lunch::

    Grilled Chicken Breast
    50g Romaine Lettuce
    20g Green Onions
    20g Red Bell Peppers
    20g Blue Cheese Crumbles
    2tbs Carb Well italian Dressing
    1tbs Red Wine Vinegar
    (Fitday total - 3 net carbs)

    ::Afternoon Snack::

    30g Swiss Cheese
    2 slices of bacon
    (fitday total - 1 net carbs)

    :inner::

    Grilled Chicken Breast
    50g Romaine Lettuce
    20g Green Onions
    20g Red Bell Peppers
    20g Blue Cheese Crumbles
    2tbs Carb Well italian Dressing
    1tbs Red Wine Vinegar
    (Fitday total - 3 net carbs)

    99+ ounces of water a day.


    I do not use the fitday online so here is the break down from the full version I have on my computer.

    Fat 58% ( need to bring up but not sure how to do that or where)
    Carbs 5% ( total for the day of net carbs was 13)
    Protein 27%

    This seems like a TON of food. I am not hungry hardly at all and have to make myself eat meals and snacks. Is this OK or do I need to make changes and where?

    Too much cheese. you are allowed 3-4 ounces per day. 1 ounce is roughly 30 grams.

    I'm not sure about your veggies either because you have them in gram measurements.....
