1tbs Red Wine Vinegar

Fat 58% ( need to bring up but not sure how to do that or where)
Carbs 5% ( total for the day of net carbs was 13)
Protein 27%
This seems like a TON of food. I am not hungry hardly at all and have to make myself eat meals and snacks. Is this OK or do I need to make changes and where?
