Breakfast:
decaffeinated tea
4 pieces of bacon
mozzarella string cheese (1 oz.)
Snack:
veggie dip (2g carb)
2 sticks celery
Lunch:
2 cups cucumber/romaine lettuce salad with feta cheese (1 oz) and Italian dressing (2g carb)
garlic seasoned chicken breast
Snack:
turkey jerky (3g carb)
Dinner:
4 stuffed mushrooms (stuffed with cream cheese/garlic/seasoning)
