  • too much for phase 2 or 3 ?

    My menu for today:
    Garden Club Roll Up
    1/2 C strawberries
    3 mango slices
    1/4 C of watermelon
    Grilled Veggie Cheese Roll
    Turkey Jerky 1 serving
    1/4C Blueberries
    3 filets Lemon Pepper Chix
    1C of Edamame
    3T of Cream Cheese mixed with 1 Packet Splenda
    Decaf Coffee with 3T Cream & 2 Splenda
    64oz of Water

    Excercise: 30 min. brisk walk

      Yummmm, while that sounds delicious, it doesn't sound like Atkins, unless maybe your on maintenance. Strawberrys and blues come on fruit level, but Mangos and watermelon, hummm I have to look them up. (I don't think they are legal cause I love them both but don't eat them.
      Are you getting enough protein.
      Your water is great, your exercise is fantastic, although someone your height and weight might want to start getting some weight training in to tone and shape the body.
