    Hi Elizellen, I see what you're talking about and I will watch the fat intake ratio to the skinless chicken to make sure I'm getting enough. I will dip it in mayo maybe. I can't make my fitday public unfortunately as far as I know because I bought the version and don't have an online one.

    Bizzle, you've got something started, I'm super excited about the ranch dressing now. I love dressing. As far as my Hot Link, yeah it does have nitrates but no carbs or sugar. I think I should cut back on them because of the nitrates and mainly because its processed.

    Today this is what I've had thus far:
    3 medium eggs, cooked in 2 TB. Butter, mixed in 1 oz. of Cheese and a 1/4 Gallon of water.
    before I exercised I had 1 Hot Link
    When I came back from walking I had 1 liter of water with 1.5 oz. Cheese
    I'll have some Greens a little later.
