Hello everybody, I'm new to this forum and have to say that it looks absolutely brilliant.
I'm new to Atkins also and I'd really like to check that I've grasped the Induction phase correctly-I have a nightmare where I'm so happy that I'm not starving on this diet and find out after two weeks that I've put 2 stone on! So, I'd be really grateful if someone could have a look at what I've eaten over the last 2 days and any advice gratefully received.
Sunday
Breakfast: 2 egg omelette with 2oz cheese and 1 med. tomato
Lunch: 4 bacon rashers and 1 tomato
Dinner: Tuna salad consisting of: tuna, 2 eggs, lettuce, pepper, celery, cucumber
i also had 2 cups of decaff tea (each with 2 teaspoons of splenda) throughout the day and huge amounts of water
Monday
Breakfast: same as sunday
lunch: bacon and tomato
dinner: gammon steak with cabbage (cabbage is fried with leeks, peppers and bacon)
2 cups of tea and water
BUT i had an Option choc orange drink-5.6g carbs!
Does this sound right? Be really grateful for any advice
Thanks xx
