  • Check out HFP's menu....It needs some guidance...

    Well I restarting tomorrow because today I had black tea and it gave me strong cravings and made me feel weird on this diet. But my menu will be the same for tomorrow (minus the Tea!)...

    Menu for tomorrow

    breakfast - 3 pieces of chicken wings

    lunch - piece of "sausage link" and 1 boiled egg

    dinner - ham and cheese roll ups

    snacks between (3 times) - mixed salad

    drinks - water, very low carb milk (3 grams in it - this is a must have for me, i have an illness which requires me to take pills, i need to take with milk )
    female / 5'5 / 228lbs

    Goal weight: 135lbs
    mini goal: 210lbs
    mini goal 2: 190lbs
    mini goal 3: 175lbs
    mini goal 4: ????

    Well, first you need more veggies. 3 cups a day! Spread them out and enjoy them. Also, that doesn't seem like a lot of food so don't stress if you eat more. Eat to satisfy not stuff and you'll be on the right track. Ham and cheese roll ups look more like a snack then a meal. Have them on the side along with a nice big steak. yummers. Actually, all of your "meals" look like snacks. Add something else to each one and I think you'll be on a good track. Enjoy your chicken wings but throw in a couple of eggs, that kind of thing.

      You look like you are on a diet girl. you probably need more food. I would also mix up the vegies eating more then just salad. You will have less blood sugar spikes if you eat your vegis or salad with your meal.
