Well I restarting tomorrow because today I had black tea and it gave me strong cravings and made me feel weird on this diet. But my menu will be the same for tomorrow (minus the Tea!)...
Menu for tomorrow

breakfast - 3 pieces of chicken wings
lunch - piece of "sausage link" and 1 boiled egg
dinner - ham and cheese roll ups
snacks between (3 times) - mixed salad
drinks - water, very low carb milk (3 grams in it - this is a must have for me, i have an illness which requires me to take pills, i need to take with milk
)
