So after Day 1 of Induction I'm starving. I simply didn't get enough calories I think.
Breakfast: 2 eggs scambled, 3 pieces bacon, 14 oz. coffee with 1.5oz heavy cream
Lunch: 1 cup Romaine lettuce, 2 pieces (2 servings) Polska Kielbasa
Dinner: 4oz round steak broiled, baked cauliflower dish (1 cup cauliflower, 2 Tblespoons butter), 1 cup romaine
Small evening snack because I was gnawing my arm: 12 pepperoni slices nuked for a minute and a cup of herbal tea (no caffeine)
According to Fitday I was at around 1200 calories once I had the pepperoni. I easily consumed 100 oz water even without the tea or coffee. I am still seriously hungry. This is my second time around, and I never had a hunger problem last time. My downfall was those darn bars
