I'm an idiot! I had 7 oz of cheese in one day! No wonder! Here I am thinking i haven't cheated, when indeed i have! I have exceeded my cheese intake.
I guess this proves that i am sensitive to cheese.
I'm dropping down to 3 oz for sure! Damn cheese bandit!

Another thought - did you weigh yourself at exactly the same time as before and wearing the same clothes?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

I'm wondering if your eating enough?? Remember if you get hungry, your body descides to hold on to the weight. Also, are you eating 3 meals a day?

            Hi Desert!

thank you for taking the time to review my food. Odd thing is I am not really hungry. I am eating like 5 meals throughout the day. I use to eat just the 3 square meals a day, but trying to change it up to smaller ones spaced throughout the day.

Hopefully tomorrow i will see a drop in the scale!

if you are not really hungry why are you eating so much cheese?

breaking it up in to 506 small meals means you should be having about 1/2 what you would have at a 3 meal aday meal. remember that when you are fixing your portions.

Hangle in ther youo are doing well and where is your moved to OWL 5 net carbs of veggies in addition to your 3 cuops induction veggies?
