yep yur protein does look a bit high in ratio terms. can you add a bit of fat and correct it?I didn't see any dressing for your lettuce or a fat with your broccoli. lots offolk don't know broccolli is high pro veggie too. it doesn't take much fat to fix a table sppon of butter or oil shou;d be enough.

Ok in the eaten today bit total protein eaten is 34% and fat 63% and carbs are 10

Yep is a week on saturday !! Im still only feeling tired im not bloated anymore am peeing alot..but other toilet duties are non existant..!! I still feel a bit down but i assume that is because im tired and snappy..!!! hopefully second week will see some changes...

Make sure your veggies are spread out through the day and that should help the whole ..er..digestive process function better.
If you feel your body is very ready to go potty, but it just ain't happening, try some glycerine suppositories. They stimulate contractions and get things going within about 15 minutes or so.
If you're taking extra fiber in the form of flax or psyllium, make sure you are drinking lots of water to keep it moving in your system.
Another week and the tired/snappy stuff will be done and over with..hang in there!!
