        It is good to see that our newer members have read their DANDR and are able to help others with advice

            I have an extra DANDR book paperback that I found great condition at a thrift store I buy every copy I run across and give them away to people who want to know how I am losing weight. I could send it to you.

                  I ordered my book on Ebay for only 5 dollars (that included shipping), do you Ebay?? Please try not to starve yourself, I didn't think you were getting enough to eat, and I saw fresh fruit on there and you can't have fruit on induction. With a few changes, you will do great!!!!
                  What would we do without it?
