Tuesday I started OWL rung 1
1 cup of 1/2 and 1/2 low caffine coffee about 10 oz w/1 ts heavy cream
Breakfast-2egg omlett w/1slice of Am. Cheese, 1.5 oz canned ham cubed and 2 tbs of green onion fried in 1/2 pat of real butter 1/2 roma tomato.
Snack- 2 5" celery stalks w 1oz cream cheese w/1.5 tbs bacon bits
Lunch- pork chops Apprx 7.5 oz after cooking. Wasn't hungry for salad so i didn't eat one.
Snack- 9 slices of turkey pepperoni w/ about 1/8 c cheddar cheese
Dinner- 1/4 lb hamburger pattyw/ 1/8 c cheddar cheese w1/4 c french style green beans w.1/2 pat butter 1 c cauliflour potatoes w/1/2 c. sour cream about
1/2 c green onions and another 1/4 c cheddar cheese.
65% 6% 29% is the breakdown. Each day has been like this one pretty much . I hope you can view other days as well.
