Alright, I've had it! I am not seeing results in lbs or inches and I'm getting frustrated.
Here is my week long menu....Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong. I've stuck to induction for eight days and had lost up to five and gained 2 back. So in 8 days....4 lbs.....what is that? Pleeeeeease advice me, instruct me, HELP.....before I go nuts!
Day 1: Brkfst: 1 Sausage, bottle of water, Lunch: Green Salad w/Italian dressing, 1 serving of cheese cubes(8 pieces),Dinner: Steak, green beans
Day 2: Brkfst: Sausage, boiled egg, Lunch: Grilled chicken, green beans, green salad with ranch dressing, Dinner: 2 small steaks, 2-3 slices of cucumber.
Day 3: 1 boiled egg(little Salt & Pepper), a few cheese cubes, Lunch: Filet Min'on steak, cheese Dinner: grilled chicken salad with ranch
Day 4: breakfast: none(not hungry), lunch: beef and chicken fajita mix, pico de gallo, 2 bites of guac. Dinner: Grilled chiken breast
Day 5: Breakfast: none(not hungry), Lunch: Slice of Turkey, Dinner: Monterey Chicken Breast, green beans, salad with vinegar and oil. A few bites of cool whip
Day 6: Breakfast: none Lunch: Montery Chicken breast, green beans, salad with ranch, Dinner: 3 Slices of Turkey, cheese cubes, 1 serving of suger free jello with cool whip(yes it had aspertame)
Day 7: B: 1 Sausage Lunch: Salad with ranch Dinner: 1/2 piece of steak, 1/2 piece of Chicken breast, grean beans with butter, a few pork rinds(just a few)
Day 8: B: 2-3 pieces of bacon, 1/2 boiled egg Lunch: Small salad with oil and vinegar, piece of Chicken breast, 4-5 cheese cubes Dinner: Hamburger steak with grilled onions, salad with ranch, green beans, jello with cool whip(yes it did contain aspertame)
There it is.....I know I should always eat breakfast, and I know I should avoid aspertame, but I'm eating only 1 serving. I only exercise about 2 times a week, but I should still be seeing results...right? Now I will patiently wait for experienced Atkineers to possibly tell me what I'm doing wrong. What should I cut out, add, or do? By the way, I only drink water. I don't drink as much as I should, but it's all I drink.(Maybe 1/2 of what I should)
I don't want to give up. I am extremely motivated and have no desire to out and out cheat. This is the first time in a long time I'm committed to losing weight and now it's not budging. I'm desperate. Someone please help. In the meantime, I'll be reading the book again.
