    I have to say, because I definetly need some praise...I drank water today! For me water is taboo...hate it! I drank close to 32 oz! But let me tell you I did feel like crappo today...induction flu! If it werent for a test at school I need to take I would go straight to bed!

      Hang in there!!! Induction flu is a good thing, its getting the toxic carbage out of your system. Its worth it, you will feel so good when the 'Flu' passes. Please keep us posted on how you are doing.
      What would we do without it?

        Yes that link did work!
        Creamy dressing, made with sour cream and/or buttermilk and oil12 tablespoon 857cals 93fat 9carbs 1protein
        did you really eat 3/4 cup of that dressing??

        As you already had one tablespoon of cream you will have gone waaay over your cream allowance for that day I guess!
        Olives, black 1 cup, NFS 141cals 13fat 8carbs 1protein
        was that more than the 'special foods' allowance of olives? According to fitday those olives contained a lot of sodium too
        Sodium 1187.7mg
        When eating from the 'special foods' category remember the rules are
        10 to 20 olives, half a small avocado, an ounce of sour cream or three ounces of unsweetened heavy cream,
        so you ought not to be eating more than one of those to the maximum allowance in one day.

          If you want fitday to count your fiber for you...go to the reports button, click on custom nutritional goals and plug in fiber. It will then count your fiber for the day on the daily count.

            I ate the Newmans Own- I read it after I put it on my salad-which was already second salad-the first one had chips on it and I passed it on to someone else. I was starving at that point and just put the dressing on, then looked, I was trying to come somewhere close to the carbs that is why I used what I did. So maybe I really didnt go over with the cream in that case?

            As far as the olives, whew so many rules...This is the exact reason why I came here....you learn something new everyday. I either missed that or just plum forgot!

            I like to read something simplified....1,2,3...to much to remember! I am still learning, I can tell you this much I did not follow by the book the last time. I ate nuts in the first 2 weeks!
