      Good idea. i was thinking about getting one, but i guess i just thought that as long as i was eating protien with no carbs, it was ok with how much i ate (but i do need to watch the fat cotent too. like said, since i've been on this for a litte over 2 week, i have cut down my meat portions substantially. i appreciate the help though
