Hi all,
I just wanted to give you guys a "sample" of what my daily routine is to get a critique. Please don't hold back, any comments are appreciated!
Today:
Breakfast:
2 sunny-side up eggs made with 1Tbsp butter
1 small (kind of icky, won't eat it again) flax cracker (flax, water, onion powder, garlic powder, salt)
Dinner:
1 hamburger patty with 1/2 tsp mayo, 1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 cup cucumber
1 cup lettuce with 1tsp white vinegar
1 cup broccoli
later I will probably have 2 wraps of lettuce with a very small amt crm cheese, and 1 pepperoni each
I usually make scrambled eggs for breakfast and use 1/2 cup of mushrooms, I just felt different today! I thought I could use the flax cracker to dip in my eggs... wrong!
Also, I know that I should be eating 3 meals a day, I just don't really have the appetite for it. If I do eat lunch, I'll usually have a cup of salad, sometimes with a little grilled chicken or tuna.
Thank you all! I thought that I might have had a problem getting in enough fat, so I experimented for the last week by using extra virg olive oil in my salads, and put butter on my cooked veggies, but I went from stalled to putting on 2 pounds so I am cutting that back out.
