Every 10lbs my body stalls for a long time. LAST time it was for 2 months
and now i am stuck on 145lbs. It makes me sad and depressed
. I have another problem, I can't get into the habbit of exercise. I have promised myself many times and have tried to start an exercise program, but after couple of days i stop. I lose motivation after a while, and thats why i haven't lost inches. I was pant size 16 (185lbs) and now 12(145lbs). And i am 5'5........My body is slow at losing inches and that makes me depressed also.
Any advice?words of wisdom? criticism?
