Re: Induction Menu in Iraq
for the record i don't cook my meals i choose what they have at the cafeteria.
the cheese are cheese slices you would find on a sandwich. the crumbled bacon in my omlette was 1-2 tablespoon. the peas was like 1/4 of a cup. deli slices ususally have 1-2 carbs at the most. you sure get all technical with trying to decipher a simple menu like mine that's for sure.
oh and if it doesn't seem like i'm following the induction rules, let's remember that i've already dropped 72lbs since august 2005. it's a guideline and lifestyle to me, i can break rules as i see fit because i have earned it. whats up with the whole booze thing? i've read your diet menus and i can name a few moments where you ate pretty crappy. too bad you feel guilty about eating regular food, that's just totally negative atittude. you should feel happy when you get to eat that type of stuff. don't tell me you never "ever" plan on trying non atkins food again? i would pull the B.S. card in a flash. having one meal of whatever i want isn't going to ruin my diet, 95% of the time is just like the menu i layed out.
oh and before i forget i do follow rules in the military, instead of me getting forced to get into shape by my peers it's the other way around since i'm the fitness instructor getting people into shape, even in Iraq. since you are no longer in the military why should i take your orders since they only apply to military personelle, you should know that.
