    Breakfast

    2 eggs and 3 pieces of bacon
    Water

    Lunch
    Hamburger patty with cheddar cheese

    Dinner
    Tunafish with mayo
    1 cup of green beans

    Snack
    1 carb beef jerky

    64 oz of water total for day.

    That looks pretty good except you are missing some veggies there. In addition to your one cup of "other" veggies (i.e. the green beans), you are also allowed 2 cups of salad veggies. You need your veggies for fibre and nutrients, and your body needs those veggie carbs. Maybe tomorrow you can throw some mushrooms in with your eggs and have a nice salad along with your lunch.

    Other than that - good job!

      yep the veggies are missing and did you feed your hunger at each meal and stop? that is one key to knowing iof you had enough or too much of the legal foods.

        How much weight you need to lose also influences how much water you should drink daily. You start with 64oz, and add 8 for each 20-25 lbs overweight you are. Also, you should take supplements, as the induction phase is prone to leave you deficient in some key nutrients (with the exception of iron).

          Thanks for all the wonderful advice. I am definately going to add mushrooms as I love them. I will pick up my water intake too and take the vitamins. Thanks to all!!!!
