      I really hope it is good news and not the devestating news.

      As far as the percentages, I try to balance them as best I can, but it isn't always happening that way. I think that like higgies says it balances out in the end. However really do try to eat enough. Your 1200 calories should be a minimum. Very good that you are so aware of it though. that speaks of dedication!

      after almost 5 months on Atkins and over 63 lbs down! Watch for updates!

        Thanks for your good wishes and compliment... lately I've been having a lot more than 1200 calories!!! But I guess that's okay. Someone told me on the forum the minimum was 1400, and I'm occasionally more than that. Well, at least I won't feel bad when I go over any more

          Yes, sending you good wishes for your health! Don't worry too much about the calories at this stage (except that you're getting enough). 1400 is probably close to your BMR, so that's probably where that came from. That's the number you would (if you were watching calories, but you're not ) you'd want to take in or maybe even slightly more.
