Hey everyone. I just want to see if I'm doing ok. I've been feelig kinda bad for the last couple of days.... Maybe I'm missing something.
B- 2oz sausage, 2 eggs and about 1/8 c shredded cheddar
water
l- tuna w/ 2tbls of mayo and a little dab of yellow mustard.
a couple sticks of celery
D- steak
1 c broccoli
side salad with tomatoes and cucumber with blue cheese dressing
I drink about 100oz water a day, too.
