INDUCTION:
Ok so this is a general work day menu (I eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch every day and I love it)
Breakfast
- 2 scrambled eggs
- 1 piece of bacon (sometimes)
Lunch (home made tuna salad)
- 1 6oz can tuna in olive oil drained
- 2 sticks celery diced
- 0.5 cup alfalfa sprouts
- quarter of a californian avocado
- 2 tbs mayo (no sugar)
- 0.5 tsp mustard
pepper.
Dinner
- 1.5 cups cooked ground beef
- 1 tbs onion and garlic (cooked with the beef)
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- 1 tbs grated parmasan cheese
I drink 2-3 litres (over 64 oz) water a day and I have two cups of decaf tea with half an ounce of heavy cream in each (all up one ounce)
this menu generally comes to around 16-19 carbs and my percentages are correct according to fit day.
Its basically eggs for brekkie, tuna salad for lunch, meat and veg for dinner.
No caffiene, no diet soda, no fun
Am i spot on or not? I'm not losing weight very easily (I work out 5 times a week but i dont have much weight left to lose). Also, don't tell me im making muscle - i've already taken that into account! The chub wont budge! Help? hehe thanks!
