    spread your veggies throughout the day and eat your 3 cups worth, dont just have lettuce, you need something with some goodness in it.

      I second Emma's suggestion.
      My 'salad' has only about 1/3 lettuce in it as I add chopped celery, mushrooms, red and yellow peppers and radishes to it.
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
      Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

        and dont forget tomatoes are on the one-cup list so are induction-legal!
