Ok .. I dont know if have been eating enough the past couple days.. I DO Know I have been eating wayyyyy too much cheese. Last night especially becasue my kids/hubby had pizza and I scooped the cheese off a couple slices.. so bad .. lol
If I cut cheese out .. I lose like 3-400 calories off my menu .. YIKES !
But even still I am having a hard time getting up past 1200-1300 calories. Any suggestions on how to add to my menus but not with Mayonaise or butter??
