    Breakfast
    2 egg omelet, made with 2 oz of grated cheddar cheese & 1 teaspoon butter
    1 slice turkey bacon

    Lunch
    2 oz string cheese
    1 oz pepper jack cheese
    4 slices turkey bacon
    2 slices tomato
    16 pepperonis = 1 serving (i was very hungry today

    Dinner
    2 oz pork chop
    2 oz peppar jack cheese
    16 pepperonis
    1/2 cup homemade hotsauce (tomato,onion,cilantro,jalapeno,salt,garlic)

    8 glasses of water.

    I'm not sure I know how you get a 2oz. pork chop, but I'd say you should eat more food. Your breakfast looks great. Your lunch is light, plus I don't see your 2-3 cups of salad veggies. Watch out for the pepperoni and bacon (even turkey) as it has lots of salt and can make you retain water. Also watch the cheese amounts. That seems like a lot of cheese. The string cheese can also contain starches, so be careful. You're on the right path...just needs some tweaking. I'm glad to see you're getting water...keep it up!!

            I agree with Higgies... seems like not enough food. You want to avoid going into starvation mode. This really does happen. The nice thing about Atkins is that you can EAT!! (but not gorge, of course).
            Ditto on the cheese and salty foods.

                  As with everyone else too much cheese it looks like you had 7 counces in one day and the limit is 3. The only veggie I see listed is 2 slices of tomato and your supposed to get three cups. Here's how I would tweek your menu ..........

                  Breakfast
                  2 egg omelet, made with 1 oz of grated cheddar cheese, onions, peppers, mushrooms & 1 teaspoon butter
                  1 slice turkey bacon

                  Lunch
                  2 cups of salad garnished with bacon bits, hard boiled egg and a little grated cheese
                  1 hamburger or chicken breast

                  Dinner
                  4-6 oz pork chop cut up and mixed in with 1 cup of Broccoli topped with some hot sauce and 1 ounce of cheese melted over the top


                  8 glasses of water.
