so this morning....because of its cholesterol lowering aspects, i did have 1/2-cup of oatmeal for breakfast. about 27 carbs
........but get this, just for fun, i mixed it with some frozen blueberries and some flax seed!! so yes.....i know i had the oatmeal and i should be scolded but....mark my words....i will be below 250 on xmas morning, thus achieving my second mini-goal. ***still keep fingers crossed just in case***

. Now I am used to it, I guess. But man do I really miss it up there sometimes. I am coming back up there in the begining of May. What a nice time of year to be there too. I guess you know that though.
