im on my ump-teenth start of atkins but im not losing site of my goal. as of today i weigh 167, want to weigh about 130.
so i plugged in the numbers to fitday and came up with 76/5/18. i was kinda upset but i read one of the stickies that said 70% fat isnt really that devastating.. i hope they're right but here goes...
breakfast.. 4 slices of butterball turkey bacon
lunch.. steak-um diced up with 1 whole onion sauteed in butter. probably one and half tbsps of mayo, and a wedge of a roma tomato.
snack.. fried up some parmesan crusted chicken fingers (dipped in egg, then cheese, and fried in oil.)
snack again... 1oz provolone shredded
dinner... 2cups lettuce (jsut to get it in, i kno thats not good) and chicken in ranch dressing, hot sauce, cream cheese sauce. (its buffalo chicken dip, just without the tortillas.)
i ended up eating 25 carbs.
i guess it coulda been worse, and i know the chicken dip was the downfall. i really thought it would be atkins friendly til i mistakenly put in fatfree dressing. argh. someone mentioned that i should try to spread my veggies out more.. but how? thank you.
