hi again,
just need some feedback on my menu today please just to give me piece of mind!!
breakfast:
woke up abit late so had
steak with a small salad(lettuce, tomato, cucumber)
late lunch:
scrambled eggs with small serving of tinned tomatoes
dinner:
chicken strips dipped in egg and parmesan with sprouts, cauliflower and broccoli(small portions)
snack :
2 slices of cheese
also im drinking enormous amounts of water(cant stop going to the toilet!!!)
