My advice would be incorporating more veggies. Do you like zucchini - that could work with your breakfast. (I just found out I really like zucchini) How about broccoli? Cauliflower?
There is a good cauliflower dish from the recipe section that I just tried

I don't like cooked cauliflower, but I like broccoli. I don't think I've attempted Zucchini? So you think if I add more veggies, and drop some cheese, I'd lose more?

      That is certainly a possibility.
See here how Zarabelle broke her stall by going back to eating veggies.

Since you are doing your exercises, you need your good healthy carbs.

              Re: Missy's Menu... any suggestions???

If the Jello is sweetened with aspertaine - it is not recommended. Dr. Atkins thought aspertaine is a staller.

You can make legal jello. There is a recipe here

Jello is one of my trigger foods - I cannot stop eating the darn thing

Wow, I don't think I have had one question, that you guys couldn't answer. I ordered the book. I finally found it. It is shipping out today from Tampa, so I may have it as soon as tomorrow. I'm so excited! I really need that book.

                  Re: Missy's Menu... any suggestions???

                  Hello Missy,
Looks as though you're getting lots of help here. Fantastic. Yes, you should be getting most of your carb intake from veggies! Cheese can be a staller for some folks. Not saying you should quit eating it. Just keep it at 3-4 ounces a day. Just add your veggies of 2 cups of salad veggies and 1 cup of other veggies from the other veggie list, is what you're required.
It will be alot easier for you once you get a copy of DANDR 2002. That way you'll have the acceptable food list in front of you and have the book to help guide you.
Also, by using fitday @ www.fitday.com it will help you keep track of your food intake and ratios of 65% Fat, 30% Protein and 5% carbs (net Carbs) on Induction.

Gosh Sherri... How on earth can you go 12 days without getting on that scale? I can't even go 24 hrs. I weigh when I wake up, when I get back from the gym, and before I go to bed. I must be crazy or something.

                      Re: Missy's Menu... any suggestions???

                      Hey Missy,
It took the "No Weigh" Challenge that Jimmie had about a month ago for me to finally see the light. I'm so glad I gave up the scale. It really took up alot of emotional energy getting on it everyday. I would allow it to determine what kind of day I would have. Not anymore! As long as you follow Atkins to a T and exercise, then you'll get 100% results. I focus on that and how my clothes feel on me. Also the tape measure is a better friend to me now.
Try to just weigh once a week. It will save you alot of emotional energy.
