    Breakfast:
    3 egg omelet with 1 oz of chz and 3 slices of bacon
    Decaf coffee, 2 cups, with half a packet of splenda in each and 1 oz of cream.
    Lunch:
    Salad that contains 2 cups of lettuce, 1 oz of shredded cheese, 4-6 oz of ground beef, 3 T sour cream, 1 T pace. (Just to add.. I put cumin, coriander, and chili powder on it too)
    Can of Diet Rite.
    Dinner:
    1 cup of green beans steamed with 6 oz of thin steak, 1 T of soy sauce, 1 pkt of splenda, a clove of garlic. (Onion powder, and aleppo pepper)
    Snacks:
    Vary.. but generally are 3 pickle slices (1 carb), or lunch meat that contains 0 carbs with a smear of cream cheese, rolled around a pickle spear.
    Depending on my cheese consumption, I will eat an ounce of cheese cubes with some steak strips.
    A also like a can of tuna, with 1 T of mayo and a bit of mustard, possibly an egg in there.

    I do take in plenty of water throughout the day.

    It looks good Gaffe. Do you wary your vegetables? There are so many you can eat.

      Well, the problem is that I am incredibly picky.
      It is hard because corn, carrots, and hominy are my favorite vegetables
      So, I stick with green beans, broccoli, and cabbage right now.
