Breakfast
Nitrate free bacon, 2 eggs, 1 small tomato, 1 large mushroom, 1 dollop of mayo (hellmans)
Lunch (and afternoon snack)
10 Chicken Wings or Legs, cooked with Basil, Oregano, Rosemary and Pepper. Large dollop of mayo (hellmans) and garlic flakes
Maybe a slice of two of chedder cheese.
one cup of decaf tea, no sweetners and a dash of milk
at least 10/12 pints of water
Dinner
Grilled or Fried Trout, pepper, basil
1 cup of spinach or broccoli or cauliflour with butter and grated chedder cheese
1 cup of fried mushrooms
1 large dollop of mayo
Exercise - At least 30minutes on my step machine for cardio
