Ok... Ive had an amazing run on Atkins back in 05...Now after 2 kids, im back. Ive been on the wagon for 3 months now and have dropped 25 pounds! Im really really happy about that but my first time doing it, i had a WAY faster weightloss... Im not sure if my eating is right ... soooo I would like some advice, help! Im really really really hoping to be at a mini goal of 180 before sept..
So 4 months to lose 39 pounds! I think it deff can be done =)
Breakfast- 2 eggs ... usually with some fried up turkey, balony
Lunch, salad with turkey, chicken or tuna mixed up with mayonaise
supper- MEAT ( 2 chicken breast, 2 chicken tornedos, a steak, salmon) with a cup of veggies.
Am I not eating enough fat? Could that be slowing down my weightloss?
I also drink TONS of water!
