Breakfast:- 2 poached eggs (sprinkl sea salt)
3 rashers of Bacon
1 mug decaf tea with 1 portion splenda and teaspoon cream
Lunch:- Chicken (thigh-1)
Mixed lettuce salad ( 1 cup - romaine, lambs leaf and iceberg)
Heaped teaspoon of mayo
two slices green bell pepper
sea salt and pepper
Snacks:- Hard Boiled Egg
3oz Chedder (hard) Cheese
Dinner:- Fillet of Fish (white fish-pollock or cod) sauted in butter
1 Cup steamed veg (Brocoli & carrots frozen)
Salad 1 Cup (mixed lettuce as above with teaspoon mayo)
1 mug decaf tea with 1 portion splenda and teaspoon cream
