I realize I could probably switch the 2nd Suasage snack for more veggies - and I have no problem doing that, maybe some green beans or celery sticks.
I usually eat 3 eggs and 4 slices of bacon in the morning, is that OK?
My Caesar salad is 2 cups of romaine, LC dressing, and parmesan cheese.
I drink 90 ounces of water (at LEAST) a day and work out daily.
