Dawn, I can see your fitday log now, but it would be helpful to know your stats - height, weight, etc.
The calories look low to me, but that depends on your stats...Your veggies are a bit high (over 3 cups), but someone around here says 'no one ever got fat eating veggies' - I'd personally rather see tham too high than too low!
Did this amount of food satisfy you? What day are you on?
