Yes, same here. I posted here somewhere that I lost 135 pounds about 15 years ago and have worked out and stayed between a size 3-4 ever since (until recently when I gained this 10-12 pounds!) so I am pretty good with food portions, reading food ingredients, etc. I'm determined to get this weight off. I worked too hard years ago to lose that weight and I have worked too hard thru the years to keep it off and stay toned to let it creep back up on me now!
