Thank you for all the advices. I suppose that there is no rush in to trying to know how my body reacts to the program. I'll see how it goes following the 3 cup rule, and I'll increase the amount of net carbs from veggies of induction list little by little, and I'll see how it works for me.
I love the plan, and I love to keep it simple by not having any splenda or diet coke, not een cheese (which I'll introduce little by little too). I've been cooking with oil (canola I believe), but I'll strart trying butter (not margarine) to give things a different flavor.
First I'll make sure I identify a proper brand of butter. Is there something I should look at in the ingredients of butter to makesure it is not margarine.... at the supermarket theuy have brands that state that are butter and others as margarine, but I want to make sure I buy the correct one
