Not really a menu review per say, however I have a couple of questions.
In DANDR '02 he says you can have sour cream on induction, however reading the label on the sour cream I have it says it has 2 grams of sugar per serving(2 tblsp). Can someone explain this to me?
Also, on my journal on the journal chats section, it was brought up that I needed to be careful with the oil and vinegar salad dressing I use as the vinegar might have sugar in it. I'm using white wine vinegar, however there is no label on the stuff I use. I know to stay away from balsamic vinegar but what are your thoughts on this dressing?
