    Not really a menu review per say, however I have a couple of questions.

    In DANDR '02 he says you can have sour cream on induction, however reading the label on the sour cream I have it says it has 2 grams of sugar per serving(2 tblsp). Can someone explain this to me?

    Also, on my journal on the journal chats section, it was brought up that I needed to be careful with the oil and vinegar salad dressing I use as the vinegar might have sugar in it. I'm using white wine vinegar, however there is no label on the stuff I use. I know to stay away from balsamic vinegar but what are your thoughts on this dressing?

    Tomatoes have sugar too and they are allowed.

    Sour cream is limited to 1 ounce per day.

    If you bought it and didn't make it yourself (so that you know it's just white wine vinegar and oil), then you need to check the ingredients. Always!

    I'm using white wine vinegar, however there is no label on the stuff I use.
    Mine has 0.4 net carbs in 100 g. A tablespoon is 15 g.

        Cautious is good.
        Almost everything out there has some natural sugar in it. What we want to avoid is added sugar.
        Vinegar is fine. If it has no label nothing has been added. And it is virtually carb free.
