I am just starting out with Atkins and want to make sure I am on the right track for intro.
Breakfast
2 egg whites
5 p. bacon
1cup. Coffee black
Snack
4oz. cheese
Lunch
1cup creaser salad
4oz. chicken
1p. bacon
2tbsp. dressing
Snack
2 whole eggs
1tbsp. mayo
Dinner
1cup steamed broccoli
1 large turkey burger
1cup mixed greens
And of course, water, I drink at the least 2 liters a day!
In total- I used fitday to calculate
Fat 58% - 96.1grams
Carbs 4% - 16.9grams
Protein 37% - 129.2 grams
Cal-1467
I don’t think this is high enough, but I cant see myself eating more!?! Any suggestions on where something could be added?
I am 5’8 and weigh 178 pounds
