    Coffee
    2 Splenda
    2 Tbsp Heavy Cream
    1 Tbsp Coconut Oil

    3 Egg Whites (Not a fan of yolk)
    2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
    1/2 Cup Chopped Green Pepper
    1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
    Dash of Sea Salt & Pepper

    2 Pieces No Sugar Added/Low Sodium Bacon

    Other than using 2/3 of your limit of sweetener at the beginning of the day, it's fine.

    Can you eat yolks if the eggs are in something?

    If so, you might want to try egg casserole or a crustless quiche ... by not eating the yolk, you're missing out on most of the nutrients of an egg.

      I could probably eat them if they were in a casserole or quiche =) I'll make one this evening and have some in the morning.

        I never would have thought about adding coconut oil to coffee (I drink decaff)...what a great way to add in some fat!


        Nothing tastes as good as thin feels....except for bacon!

          It is really good if you like your coffee with an oil slick
