i am moving onto the second day of my journey and this is what i had planned. i welcome all tips and constructive criticism. i have read the atkins book and re-read the induction chapter over the weekend but i feel like i can never learn enough....
breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs with 1 cup chopped up pepper and onion. 2 slices of turkey bacon.
lunch: salad from the salad bar; 1 cup lettuce, onion, shredded cheddar, grilled chicken, peperoni, bacon bits and oil and vinegar.
dinner: 2 turkey burgers with 1 cup brocolli.
note: i am a guy. i am 6' 4" and weigh 380 lbs. looking to get down to 240.

I was eating a few pieces as a snack mid day. Couldn't figure out why I was fluctuating 2lbs. I gave up the pepperoni and poof the 2lbs stayed off. I think a lot of it is trial and error. What may work well for some does not work well for others. Sometimes the books says it is ok but some of us learn as we go that certain foods do not agree with us like they do with other people.
