I've had many great suggestions to help overcome my stall, like eliminating cheese ham and bacon...but I'm fearful of getting enough cals without these items.
I plan to remain in modified OWL till pre-maintenance. NO meds, OTC or otherwise. Taking all Atkin starter kit supplements (including Accel which I'll add today) PLUS a CAl-MAG supplement which I also suspect; but will post in the supplement forum for that question.
