Here's my fitday for today:
At 5:30pm the numbers were exactly perfect (65/5/30) but I hadn't eaten dinner yet. When I add the Hamburger-Broccoli Alfredo Casserole (from Linda's site) My numbers went up. The calories are barely high enough and the fat is a bit high.
What do you think?
