NOW 120Hi there, It's been awhile since i've posted. But i have been working hard. i run 5 miles 4-5 x's a week
I started in july 05 151 and by nov/Dec i was down 28lbs. Now staying at 120. I would love to learn or know about a ab goal? plus working on that last 5 lbs.
