I see a difference. Your waist is narrower, and your legs are changing shape also. You know there will undoubtedly be certain areas that are "stubborn". The whole transformation of your journey is amazing.

Sarah, wow, look at your abs. There is definition there! Also, in the pictures from the back, you don't have the backfat rolls (I absolutely hate those...and yours are gone!) Your waist is even more defined too. Your upper arms look smaller too.

Also, if you look at your stance in between the before and after photos...you were standing with your legs far apart in the befores, in the afters, your legs are closer together, yet you still have a gap, you can tell you've lost some inches there...especially inner thigh. Another place I can see the difference is on your calves, but the lower part above your ankles. Look how shapely your calves are getting.

Remember too, that as you get closer to your goal, and all you have left are those stubborn areas...well, they are just going to be stubborn. It's going to take longer, but you'll do it. You are my hero gal!

You look like you're smaller...but I'd like to compare them with your very first pictures.

I have problems in the "saddlebags" too and in January I started the "Slim in 6" program and noticed that my saddlebags were getting smaller. The only thing I can attribute that to is all the lunges and the squats. Do you do either of those?

I think you are doing fantastic and can see the difference!!

          Keep up the good work!!

The area thats keeps bugging me is my stomach...the area that bugs you is your thighs....all we need is someone who has upper body problems and we can use all the spare flab to make a franken_food monster!

Geddit? Franken_food_monster? hahahaa..ha..heh..h.. Huh? Why's everyone looking at me like that?.....

Oh Sarah, I can definitely see the changes! AND, other than the changes from the pounds you've lost, I can definitely a change in the way you're holding yourself. I can see those abs! I agree with ValidRouge, I can tell the difference in your thighs because of the way you're standing, legs much closer together and still with room! You look great love, you really do. I can't wait to see more of them as you shrink!

Sarah, you can definitely see a difference. I agree with some areas are more stubborn than others. I have read that it is difficult for women to lose in those areas unless they are nursing mothers. Apparently those fat stores end up nourishing the baby. You have little to nothing to lose in the other areas, so you should ccontinue to see improvement with all of your hard work.
