    IGuy's Update

    Hi all,

    Just wanted to check in with some recent pics. I'm still working hard and hope to reach my goal by summer.

    Before July 2004 (265 pounds)


    Current (220 pounds)

                                              Wow.

                                              Thanks everyone. I truly didn’t expect these kinds of responses. Its been close to two years now but I still have the vivid recollection of that "defeated" feeling I had during the time my before picture was taken. I still see flaws today but i'm beginning to realize a healthy positive attitude is the most necessary tool for creating a healthy body..
