That is an amazing transformation! I constantly preach at people to EXERCISE for maximum results, but nothing I could say speaks louder than your pictures!
Sadie--Come on and join us! I really like lifting the weights. I started with small weights and I keep adding every couple weeks or so. I think I started around 6 lbs on my arms and I'm up to ohh about 14 lbs on my arms. I started around 17 lbs for my leg work and I'm up to about 32-42 lbs now and could do more except my arms aren't that strong yet.
I don't go to a gym, I just bought a cheap set of dumbells and a barbell at walmart. When I need to add more weight, I just go buy another set of plates to add to it. That's the only equipment I have for weights. I use my coffee table for a bench.

Odille-I only lost 12 lbs during the six weeks! With that much change, there was a LOT more fat lost during that time though. Which means that I added a lot of muscle. Wish I had a way of measuring that, but since I don't the pictures are my method of measurement.
During the six weeks I lost:
Upper Arm 1"
Upper chest 3 1/2"
Breast 3 1/4"
Ribs 3 1/2"
Waist 3 1/2"
Upper Hip 8"
Lower Hip 6"
Thigh: 3 1/2"
Calf: 1 1/2"

Betty--it sure does say alot doesn't it? It's made a believer out of me, that's for sure!! A little over a week ago, I bought a heart rate monitor and last week I started doing HIIT on the elliptical. I keep reading about how that type of training burns more fat and I still have a lot to lose.

There are threads in the exercise forums for the exercise I've done. It helps me with accountability. One is Sarah's bodybuilding 101 and the other is the Abs challenge.
Girl, you look amazing. Six weeks is such a short time to make such a big difference. Your back looks so much slender. Sarah was my inspiration to get back on Atkins. What kind of work out are you guys trying out?
My little Trooper She is doing sooo WELL and this is a Big reason why weight training and Cario is sooo IMPORTANT look at you girl you Are shrinking away you look like you lost 30 lbs AMAZING.
