    Elizellen : 140 pounds down pics

    Well at last I have got round to getting some photos taken of my progress so far.

    I havent really lost much weight since christmas (about 5 pounds) but I do seem to be 'morphing' still and now am wearing size 14/16 (UK)

    June 06 : over 280 pounds April 06 : 140 pounds

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

              It is largely due to the advice, encouragement and example of you all, my ADBB family that I have been able to shed that entire person!!

                            You look wonderful. I started about 289 and want to get to round the 140 so it is really encouraging to SEE it can be done. Thanks for the inspiration.
